If you want to know his chest size, just grab a t-shirt that fits him hopefully how you'd envision his jersey fitting and measure how far it is from armpit to armpit. Take that number and multiply by 2 and that's the "Actual Chest Size" that's listed above.
Don't know if you want to account for him wearing a hoodie underneath too, since it does get cold once the NFL season's in full swing, so that's what I wear underneath when I head out to a game.

I was on ebay and the replica shirts are L or XL. It describes in in Chest sizes.
A UK XL is 44-46
