Yeah , Definitely ! Swimming Rocks !! It's the best form of exercising . You can even dive and do stunts when you feel like it ! Plus Swimming's totally fun under the sun and sea !!!

Yes!!! I'm 15 and I just started swimming lessons last week and I already know how to swim and dive! It feels amazing.

I like swimming but I enjoy sinking more.
Nothing as tranquil and silent as the very bottom of a pool.
Try it sometime - a few deep breaths (get oxygenated), then just exhale all the air in your lungs and sink to the bottom. Rest there until it's about time for more air.
No hassles at the bottom of a pool.

YES, I swim a mile every day (been doing this since late 1989) and feel lousy and guilty if I don't do it.
Wonderful overall exercise and the only exercise that works all those tiny tendons and muscles in the back.

Yes! I love swimming. I am actually on a swim team where we compete with the four strokes: freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly.
