First time or thousand and first time doesn't make a difference. Sperm can live for up to five days in a woman's body! Have you checked sperm count, mortality rate, or seen a doctor regarding your fertilization yourself?

Well, sounds like you are doing everything you physically can to get pregnant. The chances are high, still not 100%, but nothing is with pregnancy. I'd say high 80's, low 90's. You never know what your body will throw at you. Your egg this time might not be fertile, or viable, the sperm might not be able to penetrate the egg, other factors are involved.

Don't worry so much!! Relax and let it happen!! Stress can cause you to not get pregnant, or can lower your chances, so relax and take a nice bubble bath!!

A healthy couple only has a 20% chance of getting pregnant each month, and that is if they are trying. If you are acuratley charting like you said, then the odds are good.

Probably 100% The reason women don't get pregnant they don't do it on the right day.
If you time it and it is the right day. Walla

It still depends...on your luteal phase, your husband's sperm count and motility, etc. If you're both perfectly fertile, close to 100%, overall average, I'd say 33%.

Good luck!
