well, as a rule men have no business buying feminine hygiene products,, and a woman that would insist on it is for starters playing a power card,, to see what they can make a man do,,,if the woman can not get out to get it themselves,, then sure a guy should buy them,, if they can,, and wont,, then should ask another woman to buy them...out of common respect for a guy

tell him if he doesn't buy you tampons then you won't buy him diapers when he gets old lol...no some guys are just embarrassed to buy tampons. Just tell him that there is nothing to be embarrassed about, the clerk will KNOW that the tampons are not for him lol...I usually keep stocked up and tampons but when i do run out my boyfriend is not embarrassed about buying them for me. I've never been in that situation so i don't really know how to help ya...tell him that you NEED him to do this for ya, if he really loves you he won't act like a little girl when it comes to buying tampons....heehee good luck;)

I don't blame him, it's not something men are comfortable with any way. We don't like shopping, as a whole, and would prefer not too. But buying a womans personal hygeine item, is way out there. I'd buy it, only if there was no way for my wife or girlfriend had no other way to get them.
Do hubby a favor, buy your own, I'm sure you have plenty of opportunity to do so.
If he doesn't like it, all you are doing is putting distance between you two, where none should be. Think of his feelings, not your needs. He'll love you for it.

LOL, I know my husband wouldn't buy them for me. Now he doesn't mind to be with me and even pick them off the shelf for me, but I doubt he would go in and buy it by himself. I am not too sure I would want him too either, since I am very picky on what brand and all that, but he may know that also, since it's the same kind I have been using since we have been married.

lol isn't that funny, mine doesn't mind at all, but my son omg its sooooo funny, his whole life if i was going down 'that isle' at the store he'd go up the next one and meet me at the other end! we all (his sister and cousins and me and his aunt) tease him about it all the time, one day we just kept throwing them at him hoping he'd get desensitized, he didn't. LOL. of course when he found out about these things in health class he called me at work to ask if it was true, he honestly thought they were pulling his leg cause it was just too awful to be true!
