I am not sure if this is a "social norm" as you say, but I am glad for "personal space." The distance between people I find good. I don't like it when someone I don't know gets too close and leans in on me. I am a petite woman, and believe me, people get very close!

I also like manners- please, thank you, excuse me, pardon me.
I work in a public library, and the words please and thank you go a long way with us!

I'd have to say that I'm glad that we value the lives and well-being of righteous citizens. I'm also glad that the majority of humanity cares about advancing society instead of remaining firmly rooted in self-destructive principles.

Showering?

Even if it's not a "social norm", I'm still glad it exists.
Oh, and the use of hand sanitizer or hand soap. lol
