I am away from home, and wont be back till August 3rd. Do you think Pirates of the Caribbean will still be in theatres by then? I live near Barstow, California. I am worried by August 3rd it will be gone!

From all accounts the first few days have been successful; I'm sure that it'll be in the theatres for the rest of the summer at least.

No way, it will show for a few months. It hit a record $132 million in the first 3 days. Its a great movie don't miss it. It won't be as good on DVD.

Probably a while...it's a major movie. If it isn't there when you get back, though, go to a smaller theater- they get the movies late and therefore show them later. Hope you get to see it :)
