The name of the song is "Goodbye Horses," I've been searching for it too lol...can't wait till Clerks 2 comes out

Its the song the killer played and was dancing to 9Jay is actually mimicing his dance) in "Silence of the Lambs"

You mean after he puts on chap stick and then plays with his nipple???? That is from Silence of the Lambs....when Buffalo Bill is dancing naked.....SO HILLARIOUS!!!!
