it costs more than 20 cents to sell something on ebay. the average cost to list an item is $2.00. if you have a checking account, it can be linked to Paypal for payments

Sell more than one item at a time. Most money orders cost like .29 cents and more. You can buy prepaid credit cards that you can load. They are accepted the same way regular credit cards are and they don't do a credit check because it is a savings account you put your money in.

Ebay requires a credit card or draft to a checking account to sell items. The price depends on value of item listed and final selling price.

There might be a way to send them a money order with, say, $100.00 on it that they can credit/set an account with where the fees can be taken out of; It would be a money market account, most likely, earning interest.

You can use a debit card also. Go to your account and check out you can pay for your fees. I haven't done it for some time, but I think that you can pay directly out of your checking account.
