How can I be sure a girl in work fancies me? She's very friendly to me, Sometimes blushes when she talks to me. We have great laugh sometimes. She acts differently with me then the other guys (she's the only girl) . I'd love to ask her but she's a bit of a mouthpiece too and I'm afraid of making a tit of myself Any suggestios as to how to find out for sure would be great.

Just come out with it and ask her, but remember, if you think she is a mouthpiece now, she will STILL be one later, and maybe even worse about it as time goes by. Good luck!

Ummm, I have no idea what a "mouthpiece" is or how one makes a "tit" of oneself...but anyway-if you like her and think she likes you whats the harm in asking her out? It doesn't have to mean a serious relationship. If she blushes when she talks to you, and you think she acts differently with you than with other guys those seem like good indications that she would be open to something more.

It's work so it's tricky but if you fancy her, just ask her simply if she wants to go have a drink after work with some of YOUR friends (male and female), then it's another environment and it's with your friends so she'll see you differently and you will be able to understand more her reaction to you...
If she refuses, than a drink with your firends is not that forward so you won't loose face!

ask her to go out with you and a group of friends that way if it goes south you'll have an exit without becoming the office louse. If she is really interested than make it a double date if all goes really well then make it a one on one.

the best way to see if there is anything between you is out of work, if you all socialise out of work then perhaps it it's best to test the water then.
don't forget women are generally very perceptive and she would almost definitely notice you touching her on the hand and stuff like that - use your instinct!
if you don't socialise out of work with your Colleagues then maybe ask her if she wants to get lunch or something with you, very casually, and see what happens.....
