you aren't getting enough nutrients from just cereal...which kinds of cereals are you eating? Many are full of sugar and preservatives, not to mention very high in carbohydrates. You sound like you need to get more veggies in. You won't get fat as long as you are smart about what you eat and maintain an active lifestyle.

You don't mention if you are exercising, but some level of exercise (even just walking) is the key to being fit. Talk to your doctor or a dietician for more info on eating balanced meals.

No matter what, please don't obsess about your weight. It's more important to be healthy.

i dont think you should be completely consumed with the whole not gaining weight thing... i believe that everyone has or had problems with their image. i can totally understand not wanting to be fat, and eating that way is ok until u get completely wrapped up in the not being fat thing. it can really drive ya crazy....if you feel that the way you're eating could be malnutrition then maybe you could try a couple weeks eating that way and eating normal.

Cereal is one of the most sugar filled foods there is! Eat a well balanced meal, lots of water and get exercise and you will be healthy and fit!

You need to be eating more than just cereal. If you don't want to get fat then you should be eating healthy (which you are not) and you should be working out.
