There are files out there that can find and restore deleted files, but they can be expensive. Is there anywhere else that this file may reside?
Example, if you recently sent the file to someone via email, the file could be in the SENT ITEMS folder of your email.

If you haven't empty out your temporary files lately, you might be able to recover it from your temporary file folder. It may take a little looking but an image of it may still be in that folder.

if you're using windows, you should try:
- start button
--> all programs
--> accessories
--> system tools
--> system restore
then, choose a date before the date you deleted the file. for instance, if you deleted it today, choose yesterday's date to restore your computer.
