Because you are speaking English. Language does nut have to make sense! I think it may have something do do with the fact that you have two legs.You can't put a pair of panties on over just one leg.

an similar reason you position on a pair of pants. it is one in each and every of those issues that were given obscured by potential of time, yet got here from the undeniable reality that you position 2 issues (legs) into the pants. even as this language got here out, the bra wasn't round yet, so it wasn't perfect

what? i am not sure why you are asking this but speaking from a woman`s perspective..women do not wear two panties at the same time. if she does.. that might just mean that she does not want you to get into her pants..lol. just kidding. but i am sure that women do not do that.
