ASIA but they dont just pick up fluffy and eat him they only eat wild dogs not domesticated ones lol that would be so sad sorry son fluffy has to go to the farm now and then they eat it for dinner lol jk they only eat wild dogs

Japanese. My son was stationed there while in the navy and went into town and got some meat on a stick. When he found out what it was he nearly puked. He said the taste was good but would never, never get meat there again as you don't know what you are getting.

I think Chinese do... They eat anything that moves, and there's a great book for kids by Frank Bauman, I can't remember the title, where he describes how the tongue of chow chow is considered one of the yummiest foods in China...

Phillipines. My brother has two friends he met in the army and they are from the phillipines and they even described to him how to cook a dog.
