have any women had injections in their stomach to cure stomach pain?

as i'm suffering with a bad stomach pain from the belly button down to my vigina please can anyone help me a big thankyou if you can Anna x

ie to help with stomach pain as ive got a condition callled pubic wall dysfunction

Injections don't cure stomach pains. If you are having bad pains in your lower abdomen, you should see a doctor. Could be anything from gas to constipation to an infection to cancer. Go see a doctor.
