Ya Klinsman had no managing experince before he took charge to Germany... But if they had any experienced coach means they would have won the World Cup... They came 3rd means their team is the full reason... For England Shearer is good but he should first manage any clubs even Newcastle itself... Its a good idea u gave... OK LETS SEE Wat changes will McLearen do....

Do me a favour, He was a great player but is as dull as hell. Can you imagine him motivating a squad of International players. Yes they would respect him for what he has done but is that enough? I don't think so. Let's see him establish himself somewhere at club level first because he just doesn't posess the charisma of a Klinsmann

you could have god as englands manager but until we we win a game by penalties it wouldnt make a difference. We need to get past that mental block.
