It depends where you live and if you have access to a car!?!?!?!?
I live in California so I have "kidnapped" my boyfriend for the weekend a few times and rented a room at a hotel by the beach so we could chill and just enjoy the beach over the weekend.
Beaches are always nice...or lakes if you don't have an actual ocean nearby. Camping is always a good idea and very affordable!
It's summer now, so your options are open weather wise!

On a huge cliff overlooking the ocean with a long, multi-level step system going down to the gorgeous, white sand beach; along various levels going down, you have a pool, a water slide to another pool/sauna, cave built into the cliff with a place to relax, have some food, drink; Old mansion with dozens of rooms to explore; a chef, butler, maid, boat; the dogs running up and down the stairs, swimming and my honey next to me sharing all the fun!
