Spider plants are good for black thumbed humans. Also, believe it or not, try a plant that is considered hard to grow, like an African Violet or an orchid. You'll think about it all the time and therefore, take better care of it. I did this with an African Violet and it cured me of my black thumb. Now I can't kill a plant. I love it. I have 12 plants at last count!

Do not hide from the plant you fear.
Plants really like you a lot.
The next will be OK, let the plant grow you.

Anything you grow in a pot, it takes very little water, cause water stays at the bottom and causes root rot.

a spider plant..they grow fast are pretty when they hang and they are fairly forgiving..they dont need constant watering...just a little and some sun. Plus if you have cats they arent toxic.

Try some fake ones! (Works for me! LOL!)

O.K. I'm guessing that's not really what you wanted to hear. Try some bulb plants, like irises or tulips. It seems that once you plant them, they NEVER go away, even if you try to get rid of them and NEVER take care of them, they'll just keep coming back- and more of them, year after year after year....!

Grow yucca and grow sedum. After you put them in the ground don't you dare touch them or water them. Leave them alone. You have the touch of death. No containers. Put them in the ground.

I mean it. No containers.
