I was addicted to petrol but I am in remission now.
The highs were awesome you could (with the proper 'vehicle') move your body at incredible speeds.
The downside is the total pollution thing. oil spills, the poison air thing (try breathing exhaust fumes for a few hours and get back to me on that, better yet route you exhaust into the cab of your hermetically sealed vehicle and drive it from a full tank to empty and then get back to me)
BUT man it was like totally cool.
Everyone who was anyone was doing it.
All of the rich people are doing it so it must be OK.
AND the best part is it is like totally legal !
You can buy it almost anywhere. And the Christian fundamentalist ( who are more mental than fun ) have absolutely no objection to it. I have never heard Pat Robinson or Bill Graham(?) Jerry Farewell (?) or any preacher for that matter say a single bad thing about it. NOT even one. Ever. Even once ! Never . I am not sure if it is even mentioned in the Bible and everyone knows if the Bible doesn't say anything bad about it it must be OK.
I just had to quit do to moral issues , you know the whole pollution thing , sprawl, global warming, resource wars, etcetera , etcetera , etcetera .......
It was like a real downer man. Totally bummed me out.
I still have withdrawal symtoms but they say you never totally recover the best you can do is be in remission.
Repent for the time of judgement is but a lifetime away and no one can be certain of their time of death. Roughly 40,000 people a year die on Americas highways.

i like xtc a lot! the best i ever had was the "blue sky".
but i dont recommend drugs to ppl..no way!!!
i wish i had never tryed ever this shi_t.
now all i think is the god damn drugs...and i lost the meaning of life!

Music... it can make you feel so many different moods, it can cheer you up when you're down, it can make your heart race, it can make the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end...! That's where I get my highs, I don't need anything else.
