Girls dont have wet dreams, guys do. And guys cant "make themselves" have one. Their body naturally does it on its own while they sleep.

You just are not properly equipped to have a wet dream.
A "wet dream," or a "nocturnal emission" in medical parlance, is when a boy ejaculates in his sleep.
Because girls don't have penises, or ejaculate - it is not possible for girls to have wet dreams.
You CAN have an orgasm in your sleep - I have, during a particularly arousing dream, but you cannot have "wet dream."

Nope. you purely at the instantaneous are not authentic equipped to have a moist dream. A "moist dream," or a "nocturnal emission" in clinical parlance, is even as a boy ejaculates in his sleep. because females haven't got penises, or ejaculate - that's not achievable for women to have moist desires. you're able to have an orgasm on your sleep - I easily have, for the time of an extremely arousing dream, yet you could not have "moist dream." sweet desires.
