I just bought a new one! The screws are behind the seat by the tank, Mine are covered with plastic lids. Open that and there is a slit for a screw driver. The other end of the screw is on the underside of seat. I held the top part firmly with the screw driver and tightened by hand. That's it!

Tighten the nuts up under the bowl by the tank. Usually they are made of plastic.Either wear gloves or use a wrench.

Tighten the nuts, but wear gloves!

use the right size wrench and reach under and tighten the nuts...be careful not to over tighten u can crack the bowl!
