YOUR ALL HAVING A LAFF!
I love wearing thongs, i cant feel them! I'm wearing one right now and it doesnt cut up your bum. I love wearing the boy shorts and french knickers, but i find these cut up your *** more than thongs!!!
If wearing a thong hurts its either a cheap n nasty one or your pulling it up too far.
Get ones that have plenty of give in them, as i do have one that is not very stretchy and that sometimes hurts to wear

Haven't worn a gstring but have worn a thong. Some makes of thongs cut and HURT, some are quite comfortable, more so than anything else, you just have to find the comfortable brands. Plus a thong tends to make the wearer feel more sexy.

The big reason is so you don't get panty lines. If you really want to wear one, try a Cosabella thong, they are actually comfortable. Otherwise, thongs are not the height of fashion any more, a lacy hipster or boyshort is much more trendy.

The point is, with today's tight trousers,if you wear normal underwear,then you will get, VPL, (visible panty line) which spoils the look of your clothes! Thongs or g-strings gets rid of that VPL and it looks much nicer! you are right of course, it CAN be a pain in the a........,so the best thing to do is go without anything!!!

Its obvious that girls only wear thongs cos it makes guys look at them. Wot other possible reason is there for wearin them cos iv heard girls say before that they are indeed uncomfortable to wear.

g-strings are very uncomfortable! pants can be uncomfortable and ride up your bum all the time causing embarrassing wedgie situations, and possible vpl's (visible panty lines)!!! so thongs seem to be perfect, they're already up you bum,so you get used to it being there from the beginning of the day and don't get tempted to pull it out,lol, they don't have vpl's and they look sexier than pants. but i actually prefer ladies boxers,coz theses are very comfy and you can make them look sexy!! :)

if you get the right size they are comfy and dont have a VPL, but even a smidge too small will bug the life out of you and cause a pain in the derrier
