You will get the best results by talking to a lawyer. Usually after 10 years it will not show anymore; however, You can go to the local court house and get a copy of your record from the court system maybe $10.00 Look into it or just ask a Public Defender/County Attorney

i know someone with a drug conviction over 15 years ago, and they are a truck driver, however, it does show up on a background check. Hes never had a problem getting a job, though.
