the most intelligent people will make the most complex thing sound simple even to the slowest of minds... none of you do that... and my IQ is not a matter here, but it is well above 170

This is ironic, really. After deciding that even the most legitimate answer would be completely wasted on someone with a thought process like yours, I'm replying anyway. I guess it's an innate part of my conscience that tells me maybe I can get through to someone, sometime. And that's what makes every question worth answering.

First off, you're wrong in saying that people's defensive answers only prove your point. Pride is a product of personality, not intellect. Secondly, you're very arrogant making such a sweeping generalization about such a large group. Even if this question is just a facetious attempt to anger people, it only shows a lack of maturity on your part.

But, I digress. I suppose I should make my last point actually answer your question. Most (intelligent?) people will say that intelligence is relative, and I find that to be true. In my experience, however, the best indication of a person's true intelligence is the wisdom that he displays. For instance, it's one thing to know when World War I took place, but it's another thing entirely to understand its causes, effects, and implications on the current state of the world. Understanding human (and even, perhaps, cosmic) dynamics and knowing how to apply knowledge toward a more prosperous end are both important concepts in the scope of the human mind. Your posting of this question proves to me that you have no real concept of its futility. I will say that you have an interesting definition of intelligence--maybe you should use what intelligence you have to help out some of the "stupid" people around here. I think the best way to say it would be this: People can only be as intelligent as their intentions.

To answer your question (and to sum up some other people's answers): We're not stupid.

By the way, don't bother telling me if I'm wasting my time. That's for me to decide.

How do you do the math on that intelligence part?
I don't know therefore I must be plain stupid.
Now I may be plain stupid but is that different from just stupid?
Is that different from really stupid or just plain stupid? If I am plain stupid but I don't know if I am just stupid am I both or really stupid? Maybe I am really just plain stupid? or simply stupid?

If I know I did something stupid am I still stupid after knowing I did something stupid or will the knowing part cancel out the stupid part?

When You say 'all you people' do you mean everyone or just the stupid ones? That was a stupid question. or was it?
If you mean just all of the stupid ones "I think" 'why are all of you people stupid' is because it is in reference to all of the stupid people who it is in reference to, i think. It would be like saying all of you stupid americans which talks to the stupid americans and not the smart ones (are there really any smart americans?)
How can one be plural?
