So they can remember the emergency telephone number by standing on their head and using two mirrors to read the number on the back of their neck. If they were in the United States, they would have 116 tatooed on the back of their neck.
Or perhaps they were French visiting the UK and they asked the tatooist to tatoo something tres sexy on the back of their neck!

I think it's great that people are starting to realize the pleasure's of the flesh, but on the other hand the person that has the tattoo on their back probably don't know what satanism is about so he probably got it to be cool.
