InStalling THE Sims2?

Ok I have the Sims2 game and it's hard for me to download it on my computer. I have a computer with enough space for the Sim2 ,and my brother up dated the computer and everything for me but while it's installing it always have a pop up that says"A problem occured when trying to transfer the Sims2 voice pakage ". WHAT SHOULD I DO?

contact EA Games and see if they can replace your disc. If it's faulty, they usually will.

The same exact thing happened to me and I had to go buy a new copy of the game because the disk was scratched and couldn't download properly. It sucks, I know. :-(
