Try looking for Print Shop sites. Many times they will have their own programs for free.

Well, you can go here and download this program to make a icon, banners, and other creative things....its free to. and it has a lot of futures to it...once your done making your icon just save it to your computer and bring it up using photobucket.com..
once you get to the website go all the way down the page to downloads..and click on the first link to download it..and then start making your icon....
