When sending out a ballot to be voted upon what are the rules.?

I am sending out a ballot to 15 committee members to overturn a ruling. Am I required to send it out registered mail and how many day from the date of mailing does the person have to return the ballot? Do you know of any other issues. Thanking you in advance. Crash

This should be addressed in the by-laws or charter of your organization. Those are the rules you need to follow.

Be careful - the U.S. had a ballot but the REAL winner was not given his rightful title of PRESIDENT!
