It means you got some serious booty. Like junk in your trunk - your butt is behind you just like a trunk is behind a car. If you have trunk-butt, you got a little more butt than other folks. The more junk you can fit in your trunk, the bigger the trunk has to be, get it?

I'm not certain on this, but I would think it is a reference to "carrying a lot of junk in the trunk", or, having a larger than average booty.
