Yes, unless you have a family history.

I am 29. I do. This is gross. The doctor gave me a card with different days. I had to smear fecal matter on each day. Then I mailed it in to detect any problems.

40 or older is the usual age to get this colonoscopy.

Is it to young to volunteer to get a colonoscopy.... probably.
But if your doctor recommended it for a variety of reasons, no it isn't to young.

if you have a problem like colitis and the doc recommended it, then have it. you dont need an annual one though unless youre at high risk for cancer, id wait till 40 or 50.i had one at like 19 or 20 because i had a fissure

No. A friend's son has had to have regular colonscopy since he was about 8 years old. Unfortunately, I don't remember why.

No, and I only know because 2 of my friends who are women; one being 21 have gotten one. Guys can get them to.
