There are photographs. He was a male cheerleader before everyone started assuming male cheerleaders were gay. He still is a cheerleader. He's never been the debate-team type.

Yes, he was in his younger days at Philips Andover! He also played baseball there. Boy cheerleaders had to do all the lifting and stuff then. I don't think cheerleading was quite the same as it is now.

Yes, and according to the book "Fortunate Son" by James H Hatfield he was a "mooch" too.
The book states that even though his folks were loaded, ole W had a hard time supplying himself with everything from clean clothes to booze.
I've heard that he was not only a cheerleader but was a "bottom" too.

I think so! I would have to disagree with you when you said most male cheerleaders know how to fight. I think male cheerleaders are relay smart! Football players get hit in the nuts every time a guy tackles you. Male cheerleaders.....well aren't they the ones getting all of the under the skirt action?

He was. Either in High School or College, I can't remember, but he was. And his Dad played in the College World Series.
And Kerry played hockey.
