The "Idea" behind costume class is ok, example. I own Arabs, when I show in costume class, I'm going to ride as they did originally. Like the Bedouin's, long flowing clothes, tassels, it's very beautiful, you could look it up online if you wanted to see. They are not talking about a halloween costume sort of thing, no. She needs to investigate what the appropriate costume is for her breed of horse. If she goes out there like Casper she might be terribly embarrassed.

she could be an indian with a war pony especially if her horse is a paint. just wear a suede of suede colored dress. which would be really easy to make. and braid her hair and put feathers in the horses hair, and some war paint (make sure it is washable with water though, you don't want to go into a normal class with war paint on the horse lol) and she would ride bareback with a rope halter. if the horse is good enough without a bit for a little bit of time

Hi! I would love to do a costume class badly haha. what about a renaissance feel.. have her in an elegant dress, and the horse done up to look like a horse of battle, have pretend armor on him. who knows if she'd like this, i sure would!

she could dress her horse and herself to be a famous horse of whatever breed the horse is, like if it were saddlebred, she could make it look like mr ed. but anywho
if it is for halloween type thing, the horse could ba a dragon and she could be a princess or knight
the horse could be a cloud and she could be an angel
the horse could be a car
or a motorcycle
or a camel
