Because for years, the main stream media, and public schools have been telling everyone that everything that's wrong in the world is, in some way or another, the white people fault.
Most hicks are white.
White hicks, white people in general, regardless of gender, get brainwashed to be ashamed to be hicks...ashamed to be white. So to "fit in" they act like the way the liberal establishment wants them to act...like politically correct liberals.
Females are more apt to want to "fit in", so they are more apt to act like the establishment wants them to act.
Also the term "Hick" is just a stereo type label.
Hicks should change this label to "Proud WHITE people".
