i've been playing tennis for a week, and my hand, feet, and arms are so sore!

alternate between heat and cold every 20 minutes to sooth the muscles. It seems annoying but it really works. Also, make sure that you are stretching before and after you play to decrease any further soreness.

Radox baths are good, yet you won't be able to conquer Arnica spray (accessible at chemists or wellbeing shops). also Arnica cream is tremendous for sore muscle mass or bruising. yet time will heal all!

if you take a dip in a pool or bathtub it relaxes your muscles very fast
