Okay I mean how long should I keep the toothpast and wash cloth in hot water on it for??

toothpaste -- the fluoride will eat through it.

Helen: it doesnt matter how much you wash your face. of course it is important to keep your face clear of bacteria, but acne is hormonal.
Ok, first of all dont do the toothpaste thing it will ruin your skin. Second of all, go down to your drugstore and buy 100% Tea Tree Oil. Put some on a q-tip and rub it into your pimple. It will burn but only for a few minutes. Do NOT POP IT! You will only make it worse and it will leave a scar. Do not touch your face under any circumstances with your fingers. If it is extremely red and inflamed, hold an ice cube on it for about a minute.

Dampen a washcloth with hot water and hold it on the pimple. This will make it come to a head quicker, thus making it go away quicker.

I use toothpaste it works and fast... Use Colgate or really any toothpast that is white... the clear gel types dont work...

WELL OK UM IF YOU WOULD WASH YOU FACE THEN YOU WOULDNT HAVE A BIG PIMPLE ON YOUR FACE NOW WOULD YOU?!?!? NO YOU WOULDNT SO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS WASH YOUR FACE EVERYNIGHT AND THEN YOU WONT HAVE PIMPLES!!
