Dang that is a tough one to google. I am working on it. Yeah, I remember those days. Some of those pictures were amazingly complex. Essentially they had to do with the ink density of different characters.
It was amazing that some fool programmer was able to create essentially pornography on an IBM chain link printer with nothing but text to work with. Anyway, this may take me a while to find.
