I had a weird question, I was wondering if people that were anemic and/or and a diminished immune system (such as AIDS) were less susceptible to swelling , as well as getting acne.

Yes this is out of pure curiosity.

In my experience as a healthcare worker, that is not the case in all patients of immune deficiency. Acne or other infections caused by bacteria can manifest more severely if immune system is not working. As far as swelling goes there should be no difference as swelling or bruising is a local reaction to injury that involves much more than white cell reaction to injury.
