That seems pretty good for your height and really good for your age since your metabolism should've definitly slowed down by now.

You're well within the range of normal for a healthy BMI, but...clearly you are asking because you aren't happy with your body.

Fit has more to do with how much muscle and fat you have. If you build more muscle, you will get thinner, trimmer and tighter. You might even lose a pant size or two without losing a single pound.

Women as they age (especially after 35) start to lose muscle mass. Not only does that make you look saggy, but less muscle will slow your metabolism making it easier each year to get fat.

Plus if you add some weight lifting, you can strengthen your bones and prevent osteoporosis.

Anyway, your weight isn't a problem, but you may wish to consider getting more fit.

There are other factors involved because muscle weighs more than fat and if you are healthy, etc.. A good basic chart is easy to find. It's also the weight you feel good at that matters, not a "right weight"

You're at a perfect weight! An average person at your age tends to weigh more but you're just fine!

You can calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI). It doesn't tell the whole story of your health as it relates to your weight, but it's a start.

Your BMI is 21.6. Normal weight BMIs range from 18.5 to 24.9.
