Finally it has not only become "okay" to be open about your own personal sexuality; it is recommended! Although some girls or women are still uncomfortable, a lot of us have "come out" so to speak; and I think it's great! I have never felt so free! I found that as soon as I accepted who and what I am, and what I like and don't like, I became a better lover! It doesn't get much better than that.

well it's not surprising that most of the women You've met are open about there sexual life. Now days it's very common to hear people, especially ladies, talk about that type of stuff. I personally don't agree with letting everyone know about my personal life in that sense but hey some or most women don't care anymore. Especially the new generations. Plus it's like a trend i think, teens are sharing what they do due to young ladies doing it and then it moves onto the older ladies catching on with this Lil thing and before u know it it's just all out in the open. Lets just put it this way, females don't have much respect for themselves and their privacy or they just don't care. Some find it more appealing to let others, especially cute men, know how sexually active or healthy they are with others or themselves. It's all about there and then and the moment, maybe they tell u these things because they are either into u in a lust-full way or they just feel really comfortable with u that it just might seem that u are just asking a question because u are curious and mean nothing by it. It all depends on how u look at it. I'm sure there are lots more reason behind their actions but just like u have this question, u will always have it until u ask one of the ladies who told u that they masturbate... Just a piece of my mind.

Many men deny masturbating because they want to maintain the 'macho' image but if you talk with younger males, many will admit masturbating regularly and with a frequency of several times a day. But I think the number of women (over 30) who admit it will be small compared to the younger women who feel sexually liberated. In actuality, most males continue masturbating throughout their lives and may increase frequency during middle age to satisfy their needs. They may not flaunt it but it is normal.

These young ladies have lees inhabitions than males they are more intuned with there bodies and therefor more likely to admit satisfying the urge for sexual release. See the problem doesn't lie with the women it is the guys who have greater egos and have stereotyped themselves into not being open with their ffeelings for fear of public humiliation which is also an internal angst brought on by grade school bullies and carried with them their entire lives.

The only people I know that don't masturbate don't' have any arms. That's when you find out who your friends are. Who in the world is afraid to admit this ,nuns? You must have some really manly friends, if this bothers them.

I guess it is just a female thing to be opened about everything we do no matter how degrading it might make us appear.

Masturbating is natural, and the girls probably figure it's better than sleeping around.

That's because in general, guys' masturbation is usually associated with porn. Women's is usually not. Guys are embarrassed about porn, not masturbation.
