i live in japan but i don't know an official shop of Nintendo.if you are going to buy Nintendo games you can buy it on electronic center( eiden, k's, yamada denki, or any game shop you may pass tru.) they don't sell fakes Nintendo so you don't have to worry.but in case always keep your receipt.

Hello.I am Japanese. Maybe we do not have the shops.If you show me what do you want at Nintendo shop,I can tell you about information.For example,game,character goods,card game etc.But usually there are at Akihabara in Tokyo.Akihabara is many such a shop.

Isnt the Nintendo HQ in Redmond Washington USA?...Im pretty sure it is.I drive by it alot...
