There's alot of places to find nice crafts, like Michael's or Beverly's. Why don't you try sewing some clothes for yourself? It's pretty fun and you can make whatever you want in any material and do it how you want and it's usually cheaper than buying it at a store anyway! I have alot of "hobbies"
I show collie dogs (and breed them, and train them..)
Photography (Digital)
Art (painting, sketching, drawing)
sewing is cool
Riding horses
I want to go on a long trail ride and maybe do some backpacking too...of course this isn't something you can just do at home unless you live way out in the country.
Hey there is alot to do! Try it and have fun!!!

Try undertaking a larger craft-ish project, like redecorating a room or creating a piece of furniture and decorating that. Or, outside the realm of crafts, get into a sport or join a club, such as a scrap booking club.
Good luck in your endeavor!

Check out about.com and click on Hobbies & Games - you'll find a tremendous variety of craft ideas and free directions in just about any craft you can think of! It's a favorite site of mine for quilting ideas and swaps in the forums.

I knit socks, it keeps my hands busy and I can do other things simultaniously, like standing in line for Splash Mountain or watching a movie. They are relatively fast (my last cardigan took me 8 months to complete), relieve stress (once you get good at it), and you're doing something constructive with your time.

1st step: get off Yahoo! answers and figure out what you like to do.
2nd step: just do it, it doesn't matter what it looks like, what it is, as long as you are staying buisy and being happy.
