Insurance is optional $100 -250 for liability per season.
Marina fees are hard to guess some charge by the foot per season.
$45 to $100 per foot- but higher in some places
If you store it on the trailer it is much less $150-$350
Winter storage $45 to $85 per month
Marina fuel is about $1 more than at the gas station

The usual rule of thumb is maintenance (not including slip, fuel etc.) runs about %10-%15 of the purchase price annually.
