no, there are addictive properties to american manufactured cigs...but, if you are asking if fewer people would start smoking tobacco...don't know.

I doubt it; tobacco is highly addictive.

I AM SURE THAT PEOPLE WOULD STILL BUY THE CANCER STICKS... THE SAME PEOPLE THAT SMOKE CIGARETTES ARE THE SAME PEOPLE THAT SMOKE POT.... THINK ABOUT AMSTERDAM THERE ITS LEGAL AND THEY STILL SELL CIGS....
