Well, it might be for his girlfriends, or it might be that he likes being on the recieving end of anal sex. Which doesn't automatically mean that he's gay, he could quite possibly only be attracted to womern but like the feeling of something in his anus. So maybe he'd like to use them on you, or watch you use them on yourself, or have you use them on him, or some combination of the above.
