The fact is that physical development starts at different times and progresses at different rates in different people. So, the beginning of the development that comes with puberty varies from person to person - and that's completely normal.

The earliest physical change of puberty for girls is usually breast development, which most often begins around 10 or 11 years. But it can start as early as 8 or as late as 13 and still be in the normal range.
For both boys and girls, it usually takes several years after the first changes of puberty begin before they're all complete - and there's a lot of variation from person to person. So, two normally developing guys or girls who are the same age can appear quite different from each other. One can look older and more physically mature than the other. But the one who started later will catch up in time.
You can't do anything to make your body develop faster. Of course, you should eat a nutritious diet, exercise, and get enough sleep. But special diets, dietary supplements, or creams won't do anything to make normal puberty happen quicker.

No. You're not too small. You still have plenty of time for development. Work on the rest of your body (legs, skin, face, hair, etc.). The most important thing is for you to look healthy and strong, not sexy. When you breasts are smaller, you can wear different kind of clothes easier. Also, they don't sag as much when you get older. For now, don't compare yourself to other girls. Everyone is supposed to look different. I know you have some very pretty things about yourself that other girls wish they had. If you compare yourself to other girls, you'll never feel good about yourself.
Being yourself and confident no matter what is the best thing you can do and that makes other people jealous and admire you.
Learn this lesson while you're young to save yourself heartbreak...Do something that nobody else can do-Be the best you that only you can be because otherwise you're living a fantasy and that does you no good.

This is the kind of question just about every teenager asks. We are so bombarded with messages on t.v., radio, magazines, etc. about how were supposed to look, feel, and act that it is sometimes frightening when we do not measure up to Madison Avenue standards (which are absurd). I know that more and more teenage girls are getting implants due to feelings of inferiority or to meet some standard set by such jobs as "Laker Girls", "Hollywood Starlet", "Miss Fashion Model", etc. Learn to accept who you are and what body you have been given. You cannot escape the reality of your heredity, though you may try. Take a good look at mom's breasts and you will have some idea of what to expect when it is your time. Have patience!

You are perfectly normal. Different people devolop at different times. There are some people that are flat-chesed until about 15, while others are already devolping at 10. I feel for you, though. I know how weird it is to be the only flat-chested one. I devolped late, too. But, if you think about it, the 10 year old's probobly aren't thrilled with devolping early, either.

Don't sweat it, you'll devolop soon, most likely within the next year.

You are fine. When I was your age, I was still wearing undershirts. Now I am a full B cup. I appear to be just the right size because I am very petite. Your time will come. Don't worry about it too much. You should start to develop in another year or two.

You are perfectly normal! Every girl develops at her own pace, so don't look at other girls and think you aren't developed enough. You will develop in your own time, but in the meantime just be happy with yourself!

i think u are just fine. some girls grow faster than others. just like the guys. u are normal. if u want to know how u are developing, just ask your mother what she was like when she was at your age.
