I think a vast majority of cellphone users have become slaves to techology.
Does anyone else think so?

they are not " so yesterday " most of us NEED them to communicate with each other in case of an emergency and etc. Cell phones are needed especially in the city. Its not something about fashion its about being safe and ready

"are So yesterday" implies that cell phones are out of fashion and that something else has taken their place. I know of nothing like that and I see people with cell phones all over the place. Your first sentence has nothing to do with the second one. Come up with one clear thought and then I'll answer the question.

Believe or not I don't carry or want to have a cell phone. When I am with others I feel "cheap" answering my cell phone. It feels like bad manners. I know I am definitely a minority. It is such a treat to be exactly where ever I am and not to be disturbed by others. I love people connecting to me via email however. I am always sort of impressed by people who can walk and talk and not get run over.

just remember that cell phone is a tracking device and can be used to determine where you were at any time in the past (within the limits of the companies records)
They don't have to be tracking you right now, but if at some time in the fututre they want to know where you were, the computer keeps a record of where your cell phone's signal was. what tower, what city, what time, if you made a call, etc
they are tracking you!

Not really. They are very handy. I am glad to see the novelty has worn off though. I want to puke when someone is in a check out line doing the hey everyone I'm self important, I have a cell phone.

MANY people have become slaves to technology. It should be a servant, not a master. But, cellphones have their place.

It sure beats having one implanted in my teeth!
I'm keeping my cell phone and dont have any plans on dumping it anytime soon. It's not my umbilical cord, but I do enjoy having this handy piece of technology.
