i have two others before but they wern't this small is their a problem maybe my husbands recless way of smoking around me when i was preg. and even after someone told me that could have caused it ?my baby is doing alright but its her size thats concerning!

Smoking *can* cause babies to gain weight poorly. In fact, it can happen even if he *never* smokes around the house, although it is more likely and usually more severe when he does.

The average 7 month old girl weighs between 15 lb. 6 oz. and 18 lb. 4 oz. and is between 25 3/4" and 27" long.

This is based on the newest, most accurate growth charts ever created (see sources section below), the *first* ones ever to be based on a population that is known to be well-nourished. (Past charts were based on large groups of baby with unknown nutritional status at a time when overfeeding was considered good parenting.)

My daughter is 7 months old and is 27 1/2 inches and 15 pounds.

I am just looking in my kids health record and the stats are for a 7 mth old girl 26 lbs and 66 cm

nope... don't do that... i had that concern too..
my girl is 10 months old she's just 24 and half inches and weights 16lbs!!! but she's active, eats fine. so now i've stopped bothering! chk with ur doc if ur baby is fine with regard to health and intellectual growth and forget worrying!
