Well, according to FIFA rules, they can't take their shirts off....but it doesn't say anything about shorts!

Yeah.......I'm sure your legs get pretty hot after playing a soccer game at 10:00 PM...PM!-while wearing super light shorts that I'm sure are SUPER-DUPER hard to stay in for 120 minutes. Yeah Right. Just get your trophy then take 'em off in the locker room.
