Heartburn usually comes in later pregnancy, when the baby is huge and pushing food up from your stomach into your esophagus. Have you eaten anything really spicy or greasy? That could do it too. Talk to a doctor if it continues for long.

Heartburn normally occurs during pregnancy in the last trimester because the baby and uterus are pressing up against the woman's stomach and other organs. So I would say no this is not a sign that you are pregnant.

....unless maybe you have a stomach the size of a watermelon and have just been ignoring it for nine months. :)

Is heartburn a sign of pregnancy? No, everyone can get it including men. I had heartburn when I was pregnant but I also have it now. Spicy food is probably the culprit.

Pregnant women can get heartburn just like non pregnant women. So get the test. It is not a marker one can go by.
