Spotting is a possible sign of pregnancy, especially if you normally don't spot. Sleepiness and constipation can be, but they usually aren't in the very early days. Sensitive to smells, and other digestive upsets *do* happen very early for some women.
Since the spotting--if it is a sign of pregnancy--would indicate implantation, you should be able to take a pregnancy test a week after you had the spotting and get an accurate result...
If it turns out you *aren't* pregnant, I would suggest you read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will explain to you how to determine when you are ovulating--even if you are *very* irregular.

There is always a chance you could be pregnant. The pregnancy tests that you buy in the stores are pretty accurate, but a doctors pregnacy test is final, it'll tell you yes or no. Hopefully you're not getting sick. If you take another test, and it's negative, then maybe you need to get checked out by a doctor. Best of luck to you..........

For me, I knew I was pregnant when I had pink spotting a couple of days early. I was NEVER early. Then the spotting went away within a day. I took a pregnancy test the next day and it worked. The ony way to tell for sure is through your doc. I know it's hard to be patient, but hang in there!

As you get older, your body goes through many hormanal changes, especially if you stress out about it. It sounds like you are reading more into it than you should. I would probably wait a few more weeks and then re-take the pregnancy test. Chances are if you are stressed out about it, you period might just be late. You should really talk to your doctor about regulating your period. They can prescribe medication for it.

It is possible to be pregnant. You can still have spotting during pregnancy. If you really want to know go to your OB/GYN or a clinic and get a blood test done.

You could be but the best bet is to talk to your doc. and see what they think. I am sure it is possible to get preg, but you just need to discuss your options with your doc. Good Luck and God Bless!!!
