I think most people are. But I don't think most countries are willing to pay the cost of it.

Even though I agree that sometimes war is a necessary tragedy.
I Know world-wide peace is possible can and will happen.
The key to World Peace is treating others around us like we want to be treated.
Hey guys, I know how most of you feel (it's impossible. Or so far in the distance future that it doesn't matter.right?)
If we truly want it we have to make the choice here and now to do our best.
Starting with Our Families, Friends, Neighbors, and strangers we meet.
If everyone followed the golden rule and truly believed, it couldn't take more than a year.
You have to choose for yourself. You can't choose not to because we can't see the difference in front of us.
And the funny thing is... I support the war in Iraq. Backing down won't bring peace, it will encourage and reward world-sized bullies.
Who truly are misguided, potential friends.

if you haven't experience what people experience in the middle east you won't appreciate world peace if it's presented to you on a platter.
all nations have to want world peace bad enough that it is the ONLY choice for the human race to survive against itself.
Right now, not every nation has an 'weapon of mass destruction' ...so we're not there yet.

How many want war, starvation, preventable disease to continue? If we're not working to benefit human life, what are we working for...?
We live in a world, a global world-- it's imperitive we think outside the very small bubbles we may think we live in. Should the homelss guy outside my apartment have to beg? Why would I not want that situation to change... I don't get any joy telling him I still don't have any money for you.

It's only a myth at this point. Only the Lord Jesus Christ will do that and it isn't time for it now.
